The Council’s Annual Residents Opinion Survey is now under way.
Every year we contact residents across the district to ask their views on how we’re performing. This is an important way for us to monitor our performance across a range of services like parks, roads, water, libraries and swimming pools.
Around 400 Selwyn households will be asked to participate in the survey via telephone and online. The responses will help the Council in its decision making and ensure we are offering the best service we can for people in Selwyn.
The survey is conducted independently of Council by research company Research First, who have carried out the survey in several previous years.
Results of the survey are released publicly every year, usually around September. Previous survey results can be found on the Council website at: www.selwyn.govt.nz/your-council/residents-survey
The survey will be open until Tuesday 28 July 2020.
