We’d love to hear from our residents what you think about our community facilities - libraries, pools and community centres. This is part of an annual customer experience survey, and helps us to understand how we are doing and what could be improved.
Through a series of surveys we hope to capture customers' views about the services you use and the facility in which the services are delivered. There’s a survey for each facility (libraries, pools and community centres) and you are welcome to fill in one, several, or all surveys. At the end of each survey you will also have an opportunity to give feedback on any other Selwyn facility.
We also want to hear from those residents who do not use these community facilities or services. One of the surveys “No community facilities used in the last 12 months’ has been designed specifically with these residents in mind.
Have your say now and you will have a chance to enter into a draw for a 10-swim concession card for Selwyn Aquatic Centre or a monthly fitness pass to any of our recreation facilities.
